Maureen has been a registered nurse in the area of reproductive and sexual health for over twenty years. Known as Canada's Leading “Sexpert”, Maureen has been a weekly contributor to CKNW for years, beginning with Christy Clark and now Simi Sara. Those who have heard her would know that her primary message is that sexual health is crucial to overall general health. Maureen is a wealth of information for women navigating their sexuality across the reproductive life cycle and is also involved in sexual health research and is the recipient of the Vancouver Coastal Health 2009/2010 Nursing Excellence Award. Maureen is a member of the College of Registered Nurses of BC and the International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health (ISSWSH). She is President of the BC Chapter of the Canadian Nurse Continence Advisors.
