BC Liberal's website is election ready

The BC Liberals have revamped their website to gear up for the coming election campaign even though the writ has yet to be officially dropped.
  
The website now features a slate of candidates for the coming election, doing away with the old  list of MLA's and government minister's.
 
In the 'Take Action' section, there are instructions for Liberal supporters to fight quote "bias" and "misinformation" on the airwaves.
 
It lists contact numbers for radio stations and various talk shows including for this station.
 
To be fair the NDP also have a similar section on its website with various radio contact numbers however the words bias and misinformation are notably absent.
 
Provincial legislation dictates we go to the polls May 14th.

    maybe because as the sitting government there's more likelihood there may be bias and misinformation...or maybe because of so many unstories published these days?

    The same will happen to the next government.

    It's not news if it's the opposition doing something wrong.

    Are the Liberals actually urging their their supporters to fight "bias and misinformation?" Really?

    That sounds like an excellent idea. They could start by admitting that their $16 million TV and radio commercials are full of bias and misinformation.

    And, it seems they are adopting an old strategy. Remember all the bias and misinformation spewed by the Liberals in their desperate fight to retain the
    Hated HST?

    The question is: "Will it work this time?"

      Three Consecutive Dipper Premiers were forced to RESIGN . . . our Credit Rating was downgraded, taxes were one of the highest in Canada, Companies moving to Alberta, Outflow Migration, and double digit unemployment. All this while the US in the Klinton years was doing well.
      BC politics has always been a little weird . . . but the BC economy today is one of the best in Canada . . . Dix will guarantee a RUSH TO THE BOTTOM once again.
      Anyone name one NDP province or Socialist country on the planet doing WELL ? ? ?

    I don't think this comment will get posted, but here's a shot....I think that the BC Liberals should have to declare news spots such as this, an advertising expense....or at least NW should have to register with elections BC.
    It is remarkable how much free advertising NW does for the CC Liberals.

    What is the purpose of this story, but to advertise for the BC Liberals, seriously!!

    NW, you're losing credibility with this type of reporting.

      Why does he not tell us his plans? Because we will not like them . . . The Dippers are Socialists . . . they will behave like Socialists.     DID NOT HAVE TO PAY BACK OVER ONE MILLION DOLLARS IN MISSING FUNDS.

    DID NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR HIS LEGAL COSTS.

    ONLY GOT 18 MONTHS HOUSE ARREST FOR HIS CONVICTION.

    WHY DID ADRAIN DIX ACCEPT $70,000 IN SEVERANCE PAY?

    WHY DID GLEN CLARK LET THE TAXPAYERS OF B.C. PAY FOR ALL HIS LEGAL COSTS WHEN FORMER SOCIAL CREDIT PREMIER BILL VANDERZALM WOULD NOT ALLOW THIS AND PAID ALL LEGAL COSTS FROM HIS OWN BANK ACCOUNT.

    Taxed to death, it is time to come clean, and start listing all the facts before blowing gaskets.

      @joes_2868 Glen Clark had his legal costs paid by taxpayers because he was found innocent of the charges laid against him. Bill Vander Zalm was not found innocent so he rightfully paid his own legal costs.

      But, the current government (BC Liberals) paid for Vasi and Virk who pleaded guilty to criminal charges. Why? To protect someone within the party?

      Basi and Virk should pay for their legal costs based on Clark and Vander Zalm cases.

      If they are found innocent, the taxpayer should reimburse their legal costs. If they are guilty, the taxpayer should not. chapter closed!f

      Is this what was meant by Liberal supporters fighting bias and misinformation?as outlined in this CKNW commercial?

      That Liberal supporters should continue to spread bias and misinformation?

      So far, certain posters seemed to have picked up on the strategy except it is nothing new. Liberals have ALWAYS spread bias and misinformation!
