Surrey mounties want to hear from you if you have any information on where 55 year old Edwin "Ted" Hornsby may be.

Hornsby was reported missing Saturday.

He was last seen at St. Paul's Hospital on Thursday.

Hornsby was staying with friends in Surrey but has also stayed at shelters.

He's been known to use skytrain to get around Greater Vancouver.

Hornsby needs daily medications.

He is white, 5'8" tall, and about 160 pounds.

He has shoulder-length white hair, a grey goatee and moustache.

He walks with a limp and uses a cane or walker.

Police say both of the photos below are older.

The one in which Hornsby has shorter hair is more recent, but his hair style is last known to be longer again as in the other picture.

If you have any information on where Hornsby may be, call Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502 or your local police.
