THE AUDITORS REVIEW THE DIFFERENCES AND QUESTION MUNICIPAL WORKERS OVER THE DIFFERENCES. ALL GREAT.

TAKE DIFFERENT MUNICIPAL FISCAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND DO A SPREADSHEET OF DIFFERENT MUNICIPALITIES AND COMPARE COSTS BASED ON TAXPAYER BASE AND REVENUE.

EXAMPLE, COMPARING RICHMOND AND BURNABY. IF GARBAGE COSTS ARE NOT COMPARABLE, THEN THE AUDITOR CAN FIND OUT WHY?

Hey Joe - Unlike you, I do not have a political agenda to keep the spin in favor of one over another. The heirs' apparent to the Legislature appear to be quite content to watch them do themselves on their own swords. NDPer's forget that as official opposition, they need to detail what it is - that they would do differently - if elected.
