Premier Christy Clark will meet with Alberta Premier Alison Redford in Calgary next week to discuss the Northern Gateway Pipeline.

Clark told delegates at the Union of BC Municipalities convention today that she will be telling Albertans how much British Columbians value their environment.

"And that they understand exactly where we are coming from on this issue. I want them to know that if BC's conditions are not addressed and met, the Enbridge pipeline will not be built,  period."

Clark says the focus in Alberta has been BC's demand for a fair share of the benefits from the Northern Gateway pipeline, but she says that's just one of the five conditions BC has put on the project.

Redford is going to tear her a new one! Snookie can't compete with her high school education. It will be like a parent scolding her teenager. Snookie just what on earth do you think you can pull on a seasoned veteran?

Call an election now, we don't want you or you other liars

TAXED TO DEATH: Use some logic for a change before making comments.

@joes_2868 Get your head out of your A$$....me and at least 2/3rds of this province are numb to her lies and deception. her lame promises of 10 year plans are an insult to the educated unlike yourself. You keep flogging that dead horse it's a sign of your inability to understand simple logic and truth without getting run over,,,,,,your a sucker.

If Snookie smiled any harder in the photo op within this article, she'd turn herself inside out. Snookie should forget about the $ aspect and bitch about the environmental hazards, if she wants support from B.C.ers. Harper already has this deal done, I can smell it. The 2 lady premieres are f0rting against the wind. China will get it's way, and B.C. will graciously accept what it is offered, and shut up. This pipeline will end up a major disastor, and all the players will be sitting on their duffs on some of the many tropical islands they call home. Our crappy bitumen should be sold to the Yanks. At least they are a halfassed ally(if they want to buy the junk) Years from now, if it goes to China(bitumen) we maybe trying to defend ourselves by those powered with our junk oil. And, I agree, Snookums will get clobbered by Redford, especially if there are no cameras present:>)

TAXED TO DEATH: Prove to the readers some facts and figures to back up your statement that 2/3rds are numb to Christy Clark. You are a real sucker when you believe in polls. 9 polls in Canada now come and gone and not one was right. Now the rule of thumb once again. Liberal strongholds will be won by Liberals. NDP strongholds will be won by NDP. Examples, Rich Coleman and Jenny Kwan. Not one conservative to be elected. We cannot forecast a winner because we don't know how many taxpayers listen to the NDP song by Ricky Nelson, "FOOLS RUSH IN" and we don't know how many taxpayers listen to the LIBERAL song by Andy Gibb, "DON"T THROW IT ALL AWAY". The winner will only have a 10 seat majority over the other at the most. Never mind about brushing your teeth, but you my friend better start realizing that your hip pocket will not save you from a terminal disease. The race in life is a long one, but it is only with yourself, and your chances are only at half mast, so is everyone else's. If this does not sink into your thoughts, then please tell the readers that why you would never take back a former spouse from a previous divorce to re-create the nightmare but are willing to do it with government. Oh by the way, my song is "I WILL BE AROUND"

@joes_2868 Sorry - but this is BC we don't vote in people - we vote out people - and this time its Chritys turn .....to our common detriment as the lightweight NDP certainly are not a better alternative

So how is Airhead Dix going to fight a proposal when both the PM and the opposition support it? His stance is simple....to get him elected.
