We'll get a snapshot of the provincial economy and the government's fiscal situation tomorrow morning.

Finance Minister Mike de Jong will release the first quarterly report in Victoria.

He's already signalled a drop in expected revenues from the natural gas sector.

At last word, BC was on track for a deficit of about one billion dollars this year.

Natural gas sector down? its been down for quite sometime now, am more interested in seeing how much of an impact the loss of the money from the property transfer tax will av on the budgetthey are likely losing 10's of millions a month from no house sales. Also the gas tax loss.
