Richmond R.C.M.P. say a 31-year-old man and his parents, both in their 60s, were taken to hospital following a Sunday morning home invasion.
Police responded to a report of "shots fired" in the 12000-block of Carncross Avenue.
The 31-year-old had been shot several times and his parents had been beaten.
All are expected to recover.
The 31-year-old is known to police.
