West Coast Express trains are now able to run after a brief cancellation on Wednesday morning.
Officials were looking into a situation involving a person being struck by a train along Harris Road in Pitt Meadows overnight.
Spokesperson Anne Drennan told CKNW that the incident involved another train, and not one from the West Coast Express fleet.
Initially, TransLink thought the police investigation would force the cancellation of all West Coast Express service, but only train #1 is expected to see a delay of about 15 minutes.
.@AnneDrennan can only say police investigation involves ANOTHER train, not a West Coast Express train.
