The 64-foot fishing vessel capsized approximately three miles off of Cape Lazo with five crew on board.
Troy Haddock is the maritime coordinator with the Coast Guard and says the call came in just before 4 p.m. Monday that a vessel known as the Miss Cory had capsized with five people on board.
“There was another fishing vessel close by that recovered four people from the water quickly and one person was believed to be inside the engine room when the vessel rolled over and sink in deep water about three miles northeast of Cape Lazo.”
