Two Surrey parents and their 3-year-old child are lucky after the trio were struck by a car last night near 27th avenue and 160th Street at 8:30 Thursday night.
Police say they were crossing mid-block when they were hit by a car, and were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The 46-year-old driver stayed at the scene, and is co-operating with police.
Mounties are reminding pedestrians to be more cautious, and drivers to be more vigilant as night approaches earlier and earlier.
Surrey RCMP are asking anybody who may have witnessed the accident to call them.
