An hours-long standoff in downtown Vancouver has ended.
In a statement to CKNW, Vancouver Police say they were called called to the A&W on Robson Street near Homer at around 4 Saturday afternoon to deal with a customer causing a disturbance.
They say they were confronted by a man with a knife.
The restaurant was evacuated.
No injuries were reported.
The stand-off ended nearly 4 hours later, with the man safely taken into custody.
In a statement, they say the man will face weapons-related charges.
