Drivers hogging left lanes on highways were targeted with a new rule implemented last summer.
The rule was intended to target drivers monopolizing the left lane on highways, and was introduced in 2015.
Latest data from ICBC shows 114 tickets were issued in an 8-month period.
17 tickets were given in January alone.
That number was significantly higher from the six tickets issued in December.
August has been the highest so far, with a total of 25 tickets.
Those who break the rule can be fined $167 dollars and three driver penalty points.
