The decades long case of 4-year-old Michael Dunahee remains active, according to police in Victoria.
Today marks the 25th anniversary of his disappearance, which launched what police call one of the largest investigations in Canadian history.
Constable Matt Rutherford with Victoria police says they are still receiving tips on the case
“The case remains open and active, and we are hopeful that the one tip that we need to bring closure to the case is still out there and we’ll receive that.”
Dunahee was abducted on March 24th, 1991 from a Victoria elementary school playground.
