It’s still a seller’s market in Metro Vancouver.
The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver says sales in January were up 31.7% compared to the same period a year ago.

Board president Darcy McLeod says home buyer demand is at near record levels and supply has been as low as they’ve seen in years.
The benchmark price for a detached property is up 27% from a year ago, to $1.29 million.
