The three men in the Pacific Centre Mall photo controversy have been identified.
According to Doctor We-dong Yu, two of the men suffer from vision impairment and were here for treatment.
“They come to Vancouver specifically to see me and to get treatment from me for their eye problems.”
Doctor Yu says the men are from England and came to Vancouver last October to see him.
He says taking photos while they’re outside is something they regularly do.
“In the mall or anywhere else they like to take photos so they can go home and zoom out to see what it actually is, because their vision is not that clear”
Vancouver Police have now confirmed they’ve identified and spoken with the three men.
