A man has been arrested after he allegedly texted his co-worker’s child.
Three weeks ago, police say a West Vancouver mom took her child to an office work event where she introduced the child to co-workers.
Without her permission, one of the colleagues asked for her child’s phone number.
The mother later found a text message from that co-worker on her child’s cell phone.
William Kai Kong Lee is accused of four charges, including invitation to sexual touching and child luring.
He has been released on bail.
Police praise the mother for her open relationship with her child, urging other parents to do the same.
