A man accused of being involved in the Surrey Six massacre has been sentenced for break and enter.
Sophon Sek pleaded guilty this afternoon and has been handed one year in jail, minus time served.
The manslaughter charge he’d been facing has been stayed because of a lack of evidence.
Sek’s latest sentence runs alongside another on drug and firearms charges levied last month.
Sek was accused of aiding others who participated in the 2007 massacre.
