It will be cooler this week in Metro Vancouver, but still there is no rain in the forecast.
“Not tracking any precipitation across Metro Vancouver, at least for the next 5 days. We’ll see more cloud over even developing for the overnight leading into the morning hours for tomorrow.”
Global meteorologist Yvonne Schalle, who says the interior might get some rain.
“Looks like the Thompson and Okanagan for the afternoon will remain dry. It’s really the southeastern corners of the province more so for the Cariboo and central interior. We’re keeping an eye, we’re looking at the risk of thunderstorms even late day-to-day, and with it we could see the risk of hail for many spots.”
A handful of temperature records were broken yesterday around the province.
“Some of the areas included within that were Lillooet were 39.7, Pemberton it was a hot one at 37.7 and Squamish hit a high yesterday of 34.6”.
