With wildfires burning across the province, the Premier appears to have broken her silence.
Not a word from Christy Clark in days, as British Columbians remain on heightened wildfire alert.
It had people wondering where she was, to the point a hashtag #FindChristyClark was created.
A spokesperson says she’s on vacation, but posts to her Facebook and Twitter feeds Monday morning say Clark’s thoughts and prayers are with the friends and family of the tree faller killed battling the Old Sechelt Mine wildfire.
She’s also urging British Columbians to be safe while travelling in BC’s backcountry and high-risk areas.
