Pursuing athletic excellence is not easy.
It’s even harder when you need to juggle training, school, work, and then figuring out how you’re going to pay for it.
Tiana Hesmert is a Canadian National Trampoline and Tumbling athlete, and she knows the definition of hard work.
Aside from representing Canada on the world stage, Hesmert is also a “teacher on call,” helps train younger athletes, and dedicates countless hours to her own training at Club Aviva in Coquitlam.
Next week she will be in St. Petersburg, Russia for another international event.
