B.C.’s auditor general has slammed the government for the computer system used for social programs like child welfare.
Carol Bellinger’s report says the Integrated Case Management system hasn’t met its key goals and doesn’t fully protect personal information.

She says the ministry has tried to fix it, but needs to do more.
Bellringer provides eight recommendations, in a report found on her website here.
