Air France flight will make its inaugural trip from Paris’ Charles de Gaulle airport to Vancouver International Airport arriving Sunday morning.
Frequent fliers in Vancouver are being gifted with a new travel opportunity as direct flights from YVR to Paris starts this morning.
In a release, YVR says the addition of Air France flights will contribute to developing trade and tourism opportunities between the two regions and create jobs for British Columbians.
The nonstop seasonal service will operate three times a week from today to the beginning of May, five times a week from May until mid-September, and back to three times a week from September to October.
Not everyone is happy with the new arrival of Air France. PETA members are staging a protest for Air France’s alleged transport of monkeys in small wooden crates to labs for testing.
