The waiting game continues.
After hours of talks, both sides called it a night just before midnight on Sunday according to a bargaining representative for the BC School Trustees Association.
The BC Teachers’ Federation and the BC Public School Employers’ Association have been meeting at a hotel in the West End.
Remaining tight lipped about the details due to a media blackout, CKNW has been told that the BCTF will make statements about what the next step is later this morning.
But the bargaining rep says even he will be staying tuned in closely as it’s unclear what will happen from here.
As planned, there will be no classes today.
