Inmate missing from Ferndale Institution

Corrections Services Canada say they are looking for a inmate discovered missing  from  the Ferndale prison Wednesday last night.
 
There is a warrant for the arrest of 31 year old James John Jackson.
 
He is serving a six year sentence for perjury as well as possessing and trafficking drugs.
 
Jackson is described as  5'11",  216 pounts with blue eyes, brown hair and a tattoo of the name "Rachael" his right forearm.
 
Corrections Canada reports that William Joseph Ballan  who took off with Jackson was arrested and returned to prison soon after.
 
An invistigation into the men leaving the institution is underway.
