Police say they have no suspects in her death.

Homicide investigators say the 18 year old's body was found last night in the 434 hundred block of Old Orchard Road in Chilliwack.

Sgt. Jennifer Pound with IHIT says a passerby spotted her down an embankment.

"She was 18 years old...she was a mom, herself, of a very young child...this has a left a hole in her family, and it's left a little boy without his mom".

Pound says police have several persons of interest, but no firm suspects.

She adds they don't believe it was a random killing.

An autopsy is scheduled to confirm the cause of death.
