Vancouver Police say a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant is now back in custody.
Acting on a hunch after a bank robbery at UBC Monday -- VPD say an officer tracked down 45 year-old Douglas Werner on a city bus.
He's now facing charges in a robbery at a UBC bank as well another bank on West Georgia Street downtown.
Saturday police issued the warrant after they say Werner failed to return to his halfway house. He is now back in custody.
