The Premier is repeating again that her government is simly not willing to drop another $100 million in tax credits for the film and TV industry.
Christy Clark says she made what she called a difficult decision not to match film and TV tax credits offered in Ontario and Quebec.
"Sadly we are not able to match Ontario I do think though that Ontario is not going to be able to keep matching Ontario for ever either because what they have decided to do has been phenomenally expensive and I think eventually because they are going to decide they don't want to leave any debt for their kids either they are going to decide they aren't going to be able to sustain it."
However Clark says her government is launching several initiatives to try and keep BC’s film industry competitive.
