That man then got on the bus and started mouthing off at the driver.

Police say after the driver asked the man to get off -- he allegedly threatened the operator saying, “I have a gun in my pocket and will shoot you in the head.”

Soon after Richard David Male was arrested and then released with conditions.

The 46 year old, who is known to police, is facing charges of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.

No gun was found.
