Vancouver Police have identified the city's latest murder victim as a young man from Richmond.
Mathew Johnathan Hall's remains were found on November 17.
The 23-year old's body was inside a car set on fire in the 1500 block of Carolina Street.
Vancouver Police say he was known to them, but they're not saying if they believe his death was gang-related.
No suspects are in custody and police are searching for possible witnesses.
