Human leg found under Cambie Street Bridge

Two fishermen discovered a leg floating under the Cambie Street Bridge Friday afternoon.

Vancouver Police and the Coroners Service were called in to investigate, and determined the remains found are indeed human.

Police say they don't have an identity and foul play isn't suspected.

The Coroners Service is now in control of the investigation.

    No alarm here the police say it is just plain normal.

    No thoughts that these body parts might be coming from a person or persons walking the plank from a ship leaving Vancouver harbour.

    Wow - You gotta wonder about the language used by police. Like it is normal to see severed parts floating out and about
