BCGEU and LifeLabs make a tentative deal

The BCGEU says after days of mediated talks they have reached a tentative agreement with LifeLabs.

The three year deal  includes a two percent equivalent lump sum upon ratification, one percent increases in January and July of this year and a two percent increase in July 2014.

    This tentative deal is far richer than what my union could negotiate. Congratulations LifeLabs BCGEU members on your more than fair offer!

      @CosmicS Maybe, but do you know what they were making per hour before this deal?

      I don't, so if you know, please tell us so we have the full picture.

      If they were making 15-16 per hour, this is not that big of a deal really.
