A third arrest has been made in the murder of Branson Sanders --a man who's badly burned body was found nearly a year ago in Burnaby. 
 
Because he's 16, the accused can't be identified.
 
He's now been charged with 1st degree murder and being an accessory after the fact.

The body was found in a bush December 2nd.
 
Three months later, 2nd degree murder charges were laid against Brandon Nandan and Shakib Shakib.
 
Both counts have now been raised to 1st degree and additional charges of indignity to a body have also been laid against Nandan who's currently out on bail and Shakib who remains in custody.
