Krueger not apologizing for "scum", "moron" comments

He's not apologizing, but he wishes he used different words.


That from Kamloops-South Thompson MLA Kevin Krueger today after firing off an e-mail to the BC Conservative Party yesterday calling them "scum" and "morons". 

"Well I hardly ever use language like that...and in retrospect...sat down at their computer...read it, and pounded out that rebuke...but I didn't intend it to be public."

Fellow liberal MLA Bill Bennett was asked if Krueger went too far.

"Well I haven't read his email so I don't know everything that he said....I would agree with him on the moron comment."

REPORTER: "haven't you been trying to reach out to Conservatives?   how does that help with that effort?"

"Well I think we're past trying to reach out, I don't think there's many of 'em left."

But Liberal caucus chair Gordon Hogg is not happy with Krueger's comments and says the issue "may" be discussed in caucus.
Krueger is not running for re-election.

    I will not be Voting for the Liberals or the NPD, but if the people of Kamloops are stupid enough to Vote for this Clown, then that is their problem, the only thing I want out of Kamloops is BCLC head office move it to Vancouver and fire this over paid CEO who was nothing more than a head waiter at the Keg, how many head waiters you know get paid $750,000, a Liberal hack!

    Conservatives didn't join with the liebrals so that makes them scum and morons I think that shows real common sense and even class?

    I think they deserve opposition more than ever now.

    I do pity foghorns family though as he will be able to spend a lot more time with them.

    What an astonishingly display of a complete and utter lack of professionalism. What is even more astonishing though, is that it is being repeated and supported by some of Mr Krueger's colleagues.

    And her highness Queen Christie doesn't think it's a form of bullying, and that it's ok.....One can only be grateful for the fact he is not running again. How utterly disrespectful to the many individuals and families who have been subjected to bullying.....shame on them all!
