Updated: A teenage boy with autism who had gone missing overnight in Vancouver has been found safely.

Nicholas Graham, 13, disappeared yesterday afternoon from his house in the West End on Comox Street.

Police searched his neighbourhood, transit stations and Stanley Park.

His family has gone to meet him in hospital, where he was been taken as a precaution.
