Injured Puppy found in Surrey

The city of Surrey and the S-P-C-A are asking for public help in finding the owner of a puppy who has suffered severe rope burns, believed to caused by a muzzle tying the dog's mouth shut.

A resident found the pup in City Centre and brought her to the Surrey Animal Care Centre.

The S-P-C-A has launched an investigation.

    This is sick, sick, sick! The owner should be castrated. It looks like a young pit bull cross, nevertheless, doesn't deserve this kind of treatment. I always like to think the best of animals, and this little dog may be a great family dog, no where near City Center, the land of duds!
    I expect some comments on that dig.

    Again and it continues - many humans are veryabusive to animals.

    The four legged creatures again should be under the legal category of human because at the present time they are under chattels and of course even with moresevere laws on the books the perps will never never receive their 'just rewards' for their terrible crimes

      @AnneH_4 When we do something about the giving the perps their "just rewards" for their terrible crimes against children and other humans I will agree with you.
