Police say a late night shooting in Surrey was gang-related.

It happened at around 11:45 outside a home on 110th Avenue and 158-A Street.

Police say 46 year old Christopher Pammenter was gunned down inside his vehicle in the driveway of his home.

The victim is known to police.

His body remains at the scene under a yellow tarp.

Shell casings are scattered on the road.

Witnesses describe the incident as a drive-by shooting, with a vehicle seen speeding away afterwards. 

But police are not confirming that yet.
