Langley Mounties say a brief standoff is now over.
Police responded after a man called police to say he had been threatened by a roommate who might have a weapon.
Police evacuated parts of the area around the 206-hundred block of Eastleigh Crescent.
An hour and half later a suspect surrendered.
The mounties say charges might be pending.
