Tomato Sauce for Pizza - Montreal Style
Ingredients:
1 Cup Italian crushed tomatoes
¼ Cup Extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. Tomato paste
1 Tbsp Chicken stock powder
½ Tsp. Oregano
1 Tsp. Sugar
Salt and white pepper to taste
Method:
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate up to four days or freeze for longer storage.
