This week’s wine is a great example of cooler climate Australian Shiraz. Grown on the rolling hills (hence the name) of the Central Ranges near the town of Orange N.S.W.

Altitude is the key to the restrained style. This is a medium-bodied style with ripe raspberry and spice flavour and a kiss of oak rather than a smack in the face.

Juicy and delicious. Would be perfect with any grilled meats and actually worked really well with barbequed chicken.
