Chile was the theme region of last week’s hugely successful International Playhouse Wine Festival so it seems fitting to continue the love.

This is a great example of the full flavoured, aromatic variety of Viognier.

Medium-bodied with ripe peach and apricot flavors wrapped in the typical exotic floral element that seems to define this alluring grape variety

Would work beautifully with all manner of rich seafood dishes but I had it with a Thai inspired coconut chicken curry and it was fantastic.
