It’s a lightweight device that attaches to your glasses, giving you visual and audio feedback and cues on your workout data. The gadget has a LED boom positioned in your secondary vision, keeping your eyes on the road while guiding you to your target zone.

For instance, if your heart rate reaches your age zone’s target zone the middle LED will start blinking green. If your heart rate drops below your target zone the LED to the left will begin to blink yellow, telling you to step it up. If you’re going to fast for your health, the yellow LED to the right will begin to blink as a warning 

You can also tap the glasses and you get an audio update on how you’re doing. A built-in speaker provides audio prompts with detailed levels of performance.
