The official match schedule for the FIFA Women’s World Cup Canada 2015™ was provisionally approved today by the FIFA Executive Committee during a meeting held in Zurich.

Fans can now mark their 2015 calendars with the world’s largest women’s football tournament that will dominate the Canadian landscape from 6 June until 5 July 2015.

The competition will kick off with the opening ceremony and Canada's opening two matches in Edmonton.

BC Place in Vancouver will host 9 of the 52 matches that are scheduled to be played from coast to coast, including a quarter-final on June 30 and the World Cup Final July 5.

The National Organising Committee has also announced that the highly sought-after tickets will go on sale in the third quarter of 2014,
