The Vancouver Canucks are going back to Cory Schneider in goal tonight, as they host the San Jose Sharks.

Kevin Bieksa, who tweeked a groin injury in Saturday's win over the Los Angeles Kings, did not take part in the game-day skate this morning.

He'll be replaced by Keith Ballard, who will be paired with Cam Barker tonight.   Andrew Alberts will be a healthy scratch.

The Canucks will go with the same forward lines from the game in Calgary.

That means Mason Raymond remains the centre on the second line with Jannik Hansen and Chris Higgins.

After a 7-and-0 start to the season, the Sharks have only managed to win 3 of their last 13.  They have also failed to score more than two goals in 10 consecutive games.

After tonight, the Canucks head out on a three-game road trip to Columbus (Thu), Minnesota (Sun) and Columbus (Tue).
