Carter Popoff scored at 1:06 of overtime to lead the Vancouver Giants to a 5-4 victory over the Lethbridge Hurricanes on Gordie Howe night at the Pacific Coliseum.

Popoff's second of the game helped the Giants to their third consecutive win for the first time this season. 

Vancouver continues their weekend slate of game tomorrow night in Kamloops versus the Blazers before wrapping up their weekend with a Sunday visit at home from the Everett Silvertips.
