The Vancouver Canucks have claimed left winger Tom Sestito off of waivers from the Philadelphia Flyers.

The 25-year-old has played 7 games for the Flyers this season collecting two goals, including a game-winner, and 12 penalty minutes.

The 6'5, 228 pound Sestito will report directly to the Canucks and will likely take Aaron Volpatti's spot on the fourth line.

Volpatti was claimed off waivers by the Washington Capitals on Thursday.

To make room for Sestito, the Canucks have re-assigned Andrew Ebbett to the Chicago Wolves.
