Brian Burke has given up his Senior Advisor role with the Toronto Maple Leafs to accept a position with the Anaheim Ducks as a part-time pro scout.

 Maple Leafs Sports And Entertainment President Tom Anselmi said in a release that he and Burke agreed the role with Anaheim would best position Brian for his next general manager's job and he has agreed to terminate Burke's consulting contract with M-L-S-E.
