Vancouver Canucks coach Alain Vigneault wouldn't comment on the report that Marian Hossa was back practicing with the Blackhawks this morning.

The coach did say he got a chuckle out of Director of Player Safety’s Brendan Shanahan's explanation of the one-game suspension for Jannik Hansen ... but refused to elaborate.

Zack Kassian will move into Hansen's spot on the second line with Ryan Kesler and Chris Higgins as the Canucks visit the Dallas Stars tonight.

Aaron Volpatti also draws in on the fourth line with Max Lapierre and Dale Weise.

Cory Schneider is set to make his second straight start in goal and faces the Stars for the second time since last Friday when the Canucks blew a 3-1 lead and lost 4-3.
