The Vancouver Canucks scored two goals in twenty seven seconds early in the second period and cruised to a 5-1 win over the Calgary Flames before a sold out crowd at Roger's Arena.
Jordan Schroeder scored the first two goals of his NHL career, including the game winner on the power play, to propel the Canucks to victory, while Captain Henrik Sedin kicked in with three assists.
Alex Burrows, Kevin Bieksa and Chris Higgins also scored for Vancouver in the win while Cory Schneider was not really tested winning back to back games for the Canucks after a win over Minnesota Thursday night.
The Wild will be the next opponents for Vancouver when they roll into town on Tuesday night.
