Team Blue scored a 2-1 victory over Team Gray at the Canucks Open Scrimmage at Rogers Arena.

Henrik Sedin opened the scoring for Team Blue off a tipped Alex Edler shot. Andrew Ebbett collected the tying goal for Team Gray before Alex Edler registered the game-winner late in the third period.

Following the scrimmage, the Canucks held a shootout which lasted six rounds. Henrik Sedin, Alex Edler and Chris Higgins with the deciding shootout goal scored for Blue, while Zack Kassian with a nifty backhand and Andrew Ebbett scored on Roberto Luongo, who took the win in both the scrimmage and shootout.

The Canucks will do it all again Thursday tonight...game time at Roger’s Arena is 7 PM.
