Canadian star Christine Sinclair will play soccer for Portland once again.

The 29-year-old from Burnaby, who starred at the University of Portland, was named to the Portland Thorns roster as part of the allocation of national team players for the new eight-team National Women's Soccer League.

Sinclair is among 16 Canadian players, plus 23 Americans and 16 Mexicans allocated to NWSL rosters.

Canadian goalkeeper Karina LeBlanc and American star Alex Morgan will also suit up for the Thorns.
